Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
This role shall report directly to the Managing Director and shall require working in collaboration with the senior management team. You will be tasked with developing a strong pipeline of new customers and converting leads in to great business. At the same time there is a strong existing customer base to support and grow. A proven track record of success must be clearly demonstrated showing not just success in sales but also strong commercial acumen.
The sales team currently consists of a Key Account Manager, a Business Development Manager and an outsourced marketing team. It shall be your responsibility to manage and direct their work and ensure that as a team you deliver success, sustainable growth and consistently meet or exceed targets.
As a team you shall develop an ambitious sales and marketing strategy to support the growth of the business. Your reporting skills must be to a high standard so that you can manager your team’s performance and also to share with the Senior Management team at the weekly meetings.

Position: Service Manager
Role: To work within a busy CNC Machine tool service company with a primary role to ensure operational service levels are achieved in agreement with clients.
The service manager has overall responsibility of the team to ensure that all operations, services and solutions run smoothly and that the customers expectations are met and managed.
Duties to include:
- Co-ordinating resources to complete work in a effective manner
- Ability to understand the industry and the market place
- Responsible for customer satisfaction
- Management of customer expectations through regular communication.
