& SUPPORT
Developed by CNC Machine Tools Limited, the Norwich based machine tool
service, support and distribution business, www.cnchelpdesk.com offers
a front line service to subscribers with CNC machine tool related queries.
Immediate independent & impartial help & assistance is available
from highly experienced & knowledgeable CNC Engineers and for registered
members’ immediate access to a free online knowledge base is also
available.
“Initially we worked very closely with our existing customers
offering www.cnchelpdesk.com as a free service to enable us to improve
our overall service offering as well as iron out any system bugs”,
says Paul Lee, Managing Director. “The service worked so well
that we then promoted it to a wider market as a subscription only service,
with result that we now have over 300 registered subscribers”.
As well as registering subscribers from the company’s traditional
metal cutting machine tool sectors, www.cncmachinetools.com is also
attracting subscribers from many other sectors not traditionally serviced
by the company. These include woodworking, sign making, press and mould
makers.
