Standard Machine Tool Service Contracts are available
on all of our machine tools.
They are inclusive of the following options:
- 1-4 Maintenance Services per annum
- 24/48 hour guaranteed response for engineer on site
- Discount on any parts ordered through CNC Machine Tools Ltd
- Telephone Assistance and Technical Backup
- Logged record file maintained for machine history evaluation
- All Machine Data downloaded - logged at Head Office
- Free subscription to cnc.subcontract.co.uk
- Care Assured
- Care Assured Plus
- Care Assured 24
All our contracts can be tailored to suit each customer as an individual,
so you only pay for what you need. All contracts are available through
CNC Machine Tools Ltd, giving you the option to spread payments throughout
the term of contract.
Machine Movements
CNC Machine Tools Ltd are able to offer a complete package in respect
of re-location of machine tools, from one-off site relocation to complete
plant relocation. We take control from initial de-commission of machine
tools, transport, re-commission, installation inclusive of all electrical
services.
A complete package which again can be financed through CNC Machine
Tools Ltd, avoiding initial capital outlay, maintaining a hold on
cash-flow when it's needed most.
Warranty
CNC Machine Tools Ltd are very proud of the Lloyds-backed insurance policies available on all machines from new, up to 15 years of age. The policies available are:
These policies give peace of mind against sudden machine breakdown;
options available include Downtime Guarantee, operator error, no excess
charges. We have endeavoured to be able to offer this cover with basic
terms and conditions, all of which are available upon request.
Care Assured, Care Assured Plus and Care Assured 24 can be offered
through CNC Machine Tools Ltd, giving the options of spreading payments
